I provide in-culture therapy to neurodivergent folks of all genders. People work with me to process their lived experiences of autism, ADHD, anxiety disorders, and more. My healing-centred approach creates space to safely unmask and explore your authentic self.
I’m an adoption-competent Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying, 008855), having obtained my Bachelor of Arts from the University of Otago and my Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University. My clinical approach draws from acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioural therapy (DBT), internal family systems therapy (IFS), and narrative therapy. I practice on the traditional territory of the Mississauga, Haudenosauneega, and Anishinabewaki First Nations.
As a birth and adoptive parent, I have a special interest in working with members of kinship constellations and other non-normative family systems. I’m a Supervisor at Kids Help Phone Crisis Text Line, an active Youth Justice Committee member, a fibre artist, and a beekeeper. I use she/they pronouns.
